Capital Numbers has widened its Salesforce delivery practice to five product areas after acquiring Epitome Cloud, adding Revenue Cloud, CPQ and CLM to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The Oct. 30, 2026 announcement says the acquisition combines a New Jersey-headquartered Salesforce and enterprise-transformation specialist with Capital Numbers’ engineering, cloud, data and AI teams. It does not disclose the purchase price, closing date, acquired revenue or headcount.

That leaves two questions for enterprise buyers: what the combined team can deliver, and whether the announcement supports its claims about faster, more consistent revenue operations.

Mukul Gupta, CEO of Capital Numbers, said: “Enterprises need more than a Salesforce implementation. They need their customer data, revenue processes, contracts, and existing applications to work together.”

He added: “By combining Epitome Cloud’s Salesforce expertise with our engineering, cloud, data, and AI capabilities, we can address enterprise needs and provide support from implementation to ongoing operations.”

Which sales stages does the expanded practice cover?

For an enterprise sales-operations team entering a platform evaluation, Capital Numbers lists consulting, implementation, configuration and customization as the entry work. It does not define “enterprise” by employee count, revenue or sales-team size, so buyers cannot determine the minimum scale that needs the full program.

Data migration and enterprise integration sit in the build stage; testing sits before launch, and post-launch support continues into operations. That sequence applies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ, but the release supplies no implementation duration, staffing ratio, price or service-level commitment.

  • Pricing and approval: Revenue Cloud and CPQ configurations cover pricing, quoting and approval workflows. For teams with an existing CPQ, the company also offers migration to Revenue Cloud.
  • Contracts: CLM implementation and integration with Salesforce on Conga, Agiloft and Onit keep contracts connected to quotes and orders.
  • Data and AI: Capital Numbers says clients can use Data 360, formerly Data Cloud, for analytics and workflow automation, and build Agentforce AI agents on their own data foundations.

What changes for enterprise buyers?

US client relationships will be led from New Jersey, while delivery remains in India, including a Salesforce-focused team in Hyderabad.

Capital Numbers, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Kolkata, operates delivery centers in Kolkata, Gurugram and Hyderabad. It says 600+ professionals provide custom software development, AI/ML and generative AI, cloud and data engineering, and Salesforce consulting.

That 600-plus figure covers the whole company rather than a disclosed Salesforce team. The company serves clients in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific and holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

Epitome Cloud, now part of Capital Numbers, specializes in Salesforce, revenue lifecycle management, contract management and enterprise workflows, with operations in New Jersey and Hyderabad.

Can the release substantiate the promised outcomes?

No. The service description asserts “faster, more consistent revenue operations,” but it provides no before-and-after cycle time, win rate, quoting-error rate, adoption figure or named customer result.

The announcement names no Salesforce customer, migration volume or independent study. Its 600-plus workforce figure, BSE SME listing under scrip code 544343 and two security certifications describe company attributes, not measured results from the expanded practice.

Capital Numbers’ wider portfolio includes custom software development, AI/ML and generative AI, cloud and data engineering, and Salesforce consulting. That breadth may support integrations, but the source does not quantify what proportion of delivery comes from Epitome versus Capital Numbers.

Instead, the deal announcement positions implementation, revenue operations, contracts, data and AI as one delivery chain. For enterprise buyers, that makes the missing project benchmarks the central diligence gap.

If future updates disclose staffing, implementation times, migration volumes and customer outcomes, buyers can test whether the combined practice produces the operational gains its service description claims.
